So I guess Utah had a good ol storm!!! Guess What? Welcome to Ohio. :) But the drought I do want to talk about is not that about rain, but a drought in our missionary work.
So anyways.. the drought!! :) So our mission president has a standard of excellence. things we need to be doing every day, every week, every month and what we accomplish over the course of our mission. one of the standards are to find 3 new investigators each week. for the past 4 weeks we haven't been able to find a single one. This week i was on exchanges with Sister Feldt for 4 days (24 years old, 3 weeks left before she goes home!) and we were out tracting in my area and we found J.!!! We taught him and goodness!!!! He's so READY. I'm so excited to keep on teaching him. and he said that his girlfriend may be interested too! So we'll meet with both of them this coming week! a few doors later we ran into H. and she's super cute with an adorable baby, but she's really interested as well!! :)
The next day we were at the B's giving Sister B. a lesson and her non-member friend who we've done a lot of service for came in. We invited her into the lesson, and long story short- she came to church yesterday and we're teaching her! It'll be so good, because sister b. has been less-active pretty much since she was baptized 15 years ago, but comes every once in a while. but she said she would love to come with us to teach J., so I'm way excited!! :)
The past 7 weeks as a mission we've been studying the Abrahamic Covenant, House of Israel, Baptismal Covenant and Oath and Covenant of the Priesthood. In preparation for Elder Bowen of the 70 to tour our mission on Wednesday! Super excited! It'll be definitely a deep day. We have to be at the Sandusky ward building by 6:30 am, so that means we have to wake up at like 3:30 ish. because we have to look good :) We sisters try to look good :) Plus i'm saying the closing prayer :)
B. and M. are still at a standstill. T. is improving greatly. M.- we had a serious breakthrough with him yesterday! We took n. who's had a lot of similar trials in his life teaching and they just connected and it was so good to see for m. that there is hope. it is possible. the atonement is so real! He loves church so much!
A. and K....ahhh don't you wish you could just snap your fingers and BAM you can speak spanish?!? There are so many awkward silences!!!! It's a struggle.... one day we may get our message across :)
That was my week for you guys in a nutshell :) I hope all is well with you:) I'm praying for you and I love you all so very very much! I love this gospel with my whole heart and there's no place i'd rather be! Every morning when the alarm goes off, and immediate smile comes to my face, because i get to relive the best day ever EVERY SINGLE DAY! :) How great is my calling! :) I love you all and I hope you have a fabulous week!! :)

P.S. So yesterday we were at the branch and i noticed NO ONE on the stand was smiling, so i decided i would play a little experiment. So there i sat for the whole meeting smiling at all of them, by the time the whole meeting was over- they were ALL smiling!! You never know what a smile can do!! :) So SMILE. :) Even if it's awkward :) Just do it :)
